Moving companies do not wait for clients who are moving out of an apartment of housed, this includes storage. Business moves always tell their movers we will pay you within 30 days and over the years I have learned that when you are there in person doing a survey for their bid. I have made it a point to let them know to have a credit card to give to me at the end of the move or a check ready to hand us at the end of the move. I have never had a problem with this since. If a company tells me no and I do the job anyway, they get a legal for to sign stating I will receive payment by this date. It is easy to type this up yourself with a lawyer. One call that we are going to court usually takes care of your problem. I rather lose a customer than deal with a dishonest one. God Bless.

A cold call is great because they found you and reached out to you. Nothing wrong with an email for I have received them because they are so busy. Email them back and read what your response was before sending it out. I look for spelling errors too. Lol.
