We now print almost everything including post cars, envelopes, brochures, posters, forms and more. Developing mailing lists for our customers to target their prospective customers is a key part of our business and we deliver for free in the local area.

First have a direct talk with them, letting them know what your terms are.If the problem persist, let them know that your suppliers require payment in 15 days and you have to be paid in 30 days.   How about using the old hostage situation where you need... First have a direct talk with them, letting them know what your terms are.If the problem persist, let them know that your suppliers require payment in 15 days and you have to be paid in 30 days.   How about using the old hostage situation where you need to pick up a check for bills due before you can deliver a new order. If your customer is using you to finance their business, bump your billings by 5% to make their late pay worth while.  What ever you do, if the customer does not pay on time, they are Not a Good customer because their late payment is costing you money or business opportunities by impeding your cash flow. I am sure there are many other ways to approach the problem. Good LuckDarrell
