It's rare a freelancer keeps a client for more than a few projects. Businesses play favorites and are always looking for ways to cut expenses while at the same time trying to preserve their brand.

After the shock of losing a major client sets in you ask yourself what did you did wrong. Sometimes it's just being a victim of circumstance as businesses change owners who have their favorites but if it's clearly a big mistake on your part you must take a deep breath, tell yourself you won't make that mistake again and soldier-on.
