How We Got Started

ORCVirtual, Inc. began as Office Remote Control in McAllen, Texas in 2007 with the primary goal of providing American-based virtual assistants to serve business owners and entrepreneurs. Utilizing top-quality independent contractors, businesses gained the benefit of reduced operating costs while increasing productivity, efficiency, and output.

In 2010, we changed the name to ORCVirtual and incorporated in the State of Florida. The incorporation included a Federal Trademark of the name, ORCVirtual™. We added a Board of Directors and increased our pool of contractors from 2 to 24.

In 2020 we re-branded the company logo, expanded the mission of the board, and broadened our services to worldwide clientele.

More than 500 satisfied clients have achieved successful growth and longevity by the positive impact of ORCVirtual services.

Small business owners are notoriously the ones who are also doing the back office jobs simply because the expense of hiring an employee doesn't make sense. That's where we come in and we provide all back office, administrative/secretarial and executive assistant services for many small businesses around the country. They SHOULD be looking to outsource and hopefully American businesses will consider using only America contractors to fulfill their needs.

To keep us and our clients safe, we never charge by the hour but base pricing on suggested hours. We take the time to get to know the needs of the client and then we put together a package of service that fits their needs, resources and budget. Also...never work with an independent contractor without a contract.
