Is to get a pre qualify letter, more often buyers want to go "window shopping"  If you see a home that you want, your agent can not put in offer without a letter.  The time you get home of your choice , could go into acceptance with another buyer.. Listen to Agent educate self be sure they do... well i sold 2 homes during covid , i followed all the Covid guidelines..Also, in New York we weren't able to cold call (which I love doing). kw S.I. holds my license, Keller williams is the #1 training in Real Estate , we also have amazing tools and being everything was going virtual.. we already... (more) well i sold 2 homes during covid , i followed all the Covid guidelines..Also, in New York we weren't able to cold call (which I love doing). kw S.I. holds my license, Keller williams is the #1 training in Real Estate , we also have amazing tools and being everything was going virtual.. we already had in place Command that offers everything from soup to nuts as far as RE is concerned...I called all my clients and past clients to see if they were safe and healthy..  established more relationships with potential clients..With that being said, It has effected my business..but not by much, yes making contacts took longer by i did a bunch of trainings..So now i am ready again to hit the pavement and have more education to share with my clients
