As far as buyers are concerned, I’ve been experiencing a lot of activity & have received many inquiries in my available listings. There are still quite a few buyers out there looking to purchase due to the historically low interest rates. There’s also a low inventory so buyers are competing. Being in the outer boroughs helps as there’s more open space than Manhattan & therefore less fear of catching COVID19 in my opinion.

Dear Outed & Overwhelmed. So sorry to hear about your experience with a person who’s obviously unkind & not in touch with reality. Maybe he or she did it to cover up something about themselves? Whatever the reason, you should not leave your job if you are happy there. A good idea might be to call a meeting of your co-workers or send a group email letting them know you are saddened by the actions of this person but that you are very secure in your sexuality & proud to be a gay person. AND....this is 2019 for heaven’s sake so let’s just get on with it as there are so many more important things with which to concern ourselves these days! Wishing you the best of health & success & remember to take it from where it comes. A person such as that is truly insignificant in your life.

A lawyer joke that is a bit long but here it is:
A lawyer dies & goes to heaven. He knocks on the gates & St. Peter answers & tells him he’s in the wrong place. He asks “Why? What do you mean? I died & im supposed to be here in heaven”. St Peter says “No, you have to go downstairs; you have not been a good person”. So the contractor goes down to hell where he is greeted by Satan et al & it’s really hot. So he installs AC & everyone is happy & comfortable. Well, Gd gets wind of this & is very annoyed so he calls one of his angels over & tells him to get the contractor back up. The angel says “Satan’s going to be very angry!”, but Gd tells him to do it anyway & so he goes down to hell to “explain things” to Satan. Gd made a mistake sending him down there & yada, yada, yada. Satan replies “No way; he made his bed; tough”. Angel goes back up to heaven, reports in & The Lord says, “never mind; I’ll do it myself!” And so he goes down to hell to speak to Satan personally. He says he made an error in judgement & can you Satan please reconsider? Satan is adamant & says “Absolutely NOT”. Gd says “Yeah, well then I’ll sue you!” & Satan replies: “Oh yeah? Where are YOU going to find a lawyer??”
