We believe that by proactively addressing the health & safety unease, brought about by COVID-19, is the first of a series of baby steps towards re-establishing group travel confidence. Until there is a vaccine and/or herd immunity, our groups will be provided with disposable masks, gloves and wipes/hand sanitizers.
We are also eliminating the use of public transportation during peak travel times, requesting our motor coach partners to thoroughly clean / disinfect interiors and luggage compartments and requesting our hotel partners to thoroughly clean / disinfect all rooms assigned to our guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
It is essential that we balance best practices for the use of face coverings & disposable gloves as needed, responsible group friendly social distancing techniques when out and about, on coaches, and at restaurants, etc. with a superior guest experience.
NYC especially, has been cautious in its reopening and remains focused on health and safety. The City has a cleaner than ever subway system, improved air quality and minimized health risk due to the public health protocols in place. Its infection rate is currently one of the lowest in the USA, making it the most noteworthy safe large city in the USA to visit pre-vaccine.
