He is truly a user, but you also are an enabler. Stop being nice and letting him take advantage of you. I am glad that you have a lawyer giving you legal advice on how to get him out!

This is a major problem. The ones who cancel constantly I book other clients on Top of their appointment. I do charge them more money.
