I guess it depends on what you're storing in your Dropbox account.
We have been using it with our clients for many years and never had a problem (which is NOT proof of security.)
We use Google Apps for "sensitive" or protected information, though.

Start with tangible benefits and avoid using wording like "Greater Self" and "Akashic Records", introduce them later.

As of how to "get into" the corporate world, that is a very broad question that needs advice from a business development professional. Conferences, webinars, organic marketing, lead generation and outreach (as in Predictable Revenue) are all possible strategies, though approaching all of them by oneself is a haunting prospective.

There are several apps that are similar, but the cool thing of UpCity is that they will give you an actionable list of steps to get your website ranking on search engines.
Truth to be told, their smallest plan is is very limited in the amount of keywords that you can track, but the educational approach pays up for it.

I vote for Freshbooks. Been using it for a few years and it really saves us a lot of time, is intuitive and flexible to different workflows.
