I am a certified and classically trained Chef from the Art Institute of New York, Accredited certification in Nutrition as well as worked at a five-star French restaurant Jean Georges. Working in the industry sparked a flame in me to start my own business.

Since I was a child I've always been inspired by bold flavors of Southern and Latin cuisine. So I decided to bring back the social component of "breaking bread" while sharing my culture and heritage with the joy of Southern Latin hybrid cuisine. This inspired me to create Yulonda's Edible Sensations.

Yulonda's Edible Sensations is a Southern-Latin artisan dessert catering company. Y.E.S. specializes in a cohesive marriage of traditional Southern and Latin flavors and ingredients, which creates delicious treats to tickle the customers' palate. We produce flavorful desserts, which results in warm and inviting memories of childhood. It's comfort and love in every bite. Just like mom or grandma use to make. So take a bite and enjoy a sweet memory.

This is my version of a modern and new niche in the restaurant industry. So if you want to indulge yourself in a decadent dessert or two, go ahead.

Now I understand people are more health conscious and are cutting out sweets from their dietary plans. However, you can have a little piece of delight in every bite of Y.E.S. dessert. Y.E.S. provides libation infused desserts as well as customized dietary desserts upon request.

I started my dessert catering company because owning a business has always been a goal of mine. Life is too short so you have to just go for it.

I love to bake and create beautiful desserts. I wanted to explore with different flavors and textures while also showing my creativity. I want my desserts to give you a big, warm and loving hug. Just like mom or grandma.
