We started when a vendor offered to pay me to show how I used a CAD program to redo a drawing overnight which would have taken him a week to redraw by hand.

5 Laws of BOLDER Designs
Here are the five laws by which I run my business. These 5 laws govern the way Customers and employees interact with the business. 1. Fall on the Grenade. If there is a problem and you are closest, jump on it. 2. 20 Minute Rule. If you can't solve it in 20 minutes, move it up to the next higher level of authority. Having another pair of eyes often reveals the problem or solution. 3. Stay in touch. If we had ultimate bandwidth there would be no need for communication. Direct communication is preferred over all others. TXT, Email, Voicemail is NOT direct. 4. Must want to learn. Knowledge is fluid, and your brain has leaks so you need a way to keep filling it up. 5. No Secrets. Process, procedures, customer information can't reside in just your head. It needs to be written in a way other people can find and duplicate success (or avoid failure)
