Stephen I have had clients in most industries from start-ups to $10M. I focus on building scalablity in my clients - Scalabilty in the business's finances, processes, technologies and employees. We start with making sure the basic financial foundation is in place (reporting, cash-flow, correct capital structure). Then we work on understanding your true product/service profitabilty and expense structure. Determine where the bottlenecks are in growing profitabilty. Are there standard and efficent procedures in place? Are the correct techologies in place? Do you have the right people that can grow with the business? I also assist with exit strategies and pre and post sale due diligences and integrations. Occassionally, I assist with compliance issues. Generally, my clients only need assistance on one or two areas. I work with the clients and their employees. I don't just tell them what they need to do.
