Stephen Barczykowski spent more than 30 years’ serving as a CFO for a number mid-sized companies in a variety of industries. During his career he has lead profitability initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, reduced business risk, managed cash flow, credit and collections, analytics, financial and management reporting, implementing internal controls, multi-million dollar and complex financing and implementing ERP and inventory controls systems and new technology.
He brought his brought his strategic and operational leadership across Finance, Accounting, Collections, IT, Purchasing, Human Resources and Legal functions.
In 2019 he founded Integrated Financial Insights LLC (IFI) to make this experience available to small and mid-sized firms. IFI has helped clients in the construction, wholesale, retail, ecommerce, legal, and various service companies.
