La Casa Pasta first opened its doors in 1978, roughly 10 years after owners Giuseppe and Anna Martuscelli came from Italy to the United States. This family run Italian restaurant has been a staple in the Newark, Delaware community for over 45 years serving up authentic Italian cuisine.
La Casa Pasta is now heavily operated by Giuseppe and Anna's son Gianmarco and his wife Gilda, who also own The Chesapeake Inn and Marina, in Chesapeake City Maryland, and Klondike Kates, on Main Street in Newark.
