Tardiness is a challenge for me. I don't appreciate my instructors running in just in time to teach. It is unprofessional. I squirm until they arrive! I have addressed this, (again), and have been assured things will improve.

Massage is a huge help. It doesn't have to be a professional massage therapist, although it's great to visit a pro regularly, if you can. I use a roller or other hand held tools to loosen muscles around the joints. Recently, a friend recommended a "fascia blaster". It's a funky looking hand-held...

I use a roller or other hand held tools to loosen muscles around the joints. Recently, a friend recommended a "fascia blaster". It's a funky looking hand-held massage tool. I did order one and find it helpful. Stretching and loosening joints with gentle spiral movements also helps.
