While searching for increased sales and revenue seemed to be the right thing for me to do, I needed to focus on my cost of doing business and my ROI. The jewelry industry went through major changes during the the late 90's and early 2000. Our old model was slow turn at high margin. The winning strategy was lower margins and quicker turn over of inventory. This is my 20th year in Business for myself and being nimble in a changing retail environment and always putting the customers needs first has lead us to success.
