The prospective client obviously does not know the value you offer. Question is, do you? Define and refine and your value proposition, then market your services to those audiences that match your skill set. Otherwise, move on. Easy... publicity! It's "free" advertising. Tell your story when you launch a new product or service; have a new hire; showcase a project. Then, submit to local and social media outlets. Voilá! In general, a logo should be a visual representation/expression of you, your company, its mission, and: Have a clean look; Reproduce clearly and easily across multiple platforms (digital, print, signage, promotional items, etc.) Think about how you want your target audience to perceive you; not necessarily how you perceive yourself.
