Getting paid for completed work.  There are many reasons/excuses why payment is not already in house.  "I didn't get the bill."  "I need to wait til my check comes in."  "We needed to purchase Christmas gifts."  "I don't think you did enough to warrant your invoice."  "I want to re-negotiate the Estimate."  "_____________________"  (dead silence from the other end.)
