American First AMC was created out of our desire to find a “Better Way” of doing business it today’s complex and ever changing regulatory environment. Starting as independent fee appraisers in the late ‘90s, American First AMC was conceived after the financial crisis of 2008 and incorporated as a business entity in 2014. As an appraiser owned and operated AMC (Appraisal Management Company), we have a deeper understanding of the intricacies of real property valuations that is appreciated by our clients and vendors alike.
