We are a year round office that provides Tax Preparation (of all kinds) Notary, Bookkeeping / Accounting, Financial Services on a business and personal level. We believe in educating our clients and community; that education is key for success.

How We Got Started
After working for an International IRS Auditor I started helping Small businesses with their taxes. I bought into a franchise but after 11 years decided to open my own practice.

We will email it to them again if they lose it, or to their mortgage person (upon their consent) at no cost. However, we charge $5 for a paper copy. Not only has this reduced our paper and toner cost but you could not believe how many people wanted paper copies printed again and again during the non-tax season and now we have none. ;-D
The best way to stay on top of your accounting is to schedule it in your calendar to do and to do it. I recommend once a week you get it done. Discipline yourself to get it done even if it goes into your weekend. Eventually you will have it done prior to your weekend, which you should. At the...

The best way to stay on top of your accounting is to schedule it in your calendar to do and to do it. I recommend once a week you get it done. Discipline yourself to get it done even if it goes into your weekend. Eventually you will have it done prior to your weekend, which you should. At the least you should make sure your bookkeeping is completed monthly. The sooner you get it done the fresher it will be in your mind to do.
"IF" bookkeeping is something you don't know how to do, don't like to do or refuse to do then I recommend hiring out a professional. Interview several people. You don't necessarily need a CPA. Also, there are some accountants that do not understand taxes. If you have a tax person that understands business taxes maybe they can recommend an accountant for your bookkeeping. If you do not have a competent tax professional you may want to seek one that also is competent in accounting.
Good luck! The hardest part in business is doing what you don't like to do. So do what you are good at and delegate the rest.
