(more) The best way to wow a customer is simply to listen to them when they tell you what they need; ask them questions to dive deeper into their goals and under promise and over deliver. Listening to hear someone and not just listening to reply and seems to be a dying art but it is also a very essential part in good communications. It will make your clients feel heard, appreciated, valued and increase your trust in them for these exact reasons as well. Asking them questions about their project and goals is essential to you for getting the scope of work correct, as well as showing genuine interest in your customers. You can't promise them a same day or next day turn around on your work if it turns out their project would realistically take you a week to accomplish to the highest quality. Rushing through a project just to improve your turn around is highly stressful and the quality of work produced will suffer greatly. This will lead to unsatisfied clients and bad reviews of your work. Your customers deserve only the BEST you can offer them so that they and you are a successful team going into the future.
