I know it sounds cliche BUT ITS 100% the impact you leave on this WORLD! It's about providing jobs, making your clients quality of life better. Life is short and precious. You can not take any of it with you when you go.

Derek NAILED IT, that was the answer I was looking for! Those who replied and commented left good answers and brought up good points which is excellent, but Derek answer is DYNAMIC and here's why my friends. Integrity, good customer service, ensuring your customers are happy, profits Yes these are all good aspects of a good company that is going in the right direction. It's not cliche Brian think about it. if I make not just "You" the owner, operator or management have a better quality of life, but I up lift your employees, I up lift your customer, I go to the extent of up lifting the people in your community. BOOM what did i just do My Friends? Not only did I make "You' HAPPY+HAPPY, but I made ALL of these people HAPPY+HAPPY as well, HOW MANY NEW CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS did I just add to my network? Money and Stuff sure it's nice but we can't take it with us so when is enough - ENOUGH? Followers or Customers they come and go and new ones come in and they come and go, they're always gonna look for the BETTER DEAL okay. But "People", remember "Customers" are not things they have feeling just like you and I do and People will ALWAYS remember HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL and all this other stuff is the icing on the cake but how you made them "Feel", that's the cherry on top, IT'S PRICELESS!!
As my mentor told me, it's not about profits Telara and it's not about followers, it's about your IMPACT UPON THE WORLD!! That made me feel MAGNIFICENT because it's true. Thank You, Brian and Everyone who did comment. You guys are ALL GREAT!!^_^

My dad was in the army, he always talked about going ABOVE and BEYOND the "Call of Duty", case in point, our car broke down in Salt Lake City, it was in a hazardous area so the tow truck driver told me we had to get it out of there QUICKLY. A cop had even warned me so I wasn't arguing. I told him we were new to the city and needed assistance. We had a check but everything was closed or closing up. So we didn't have enough for the tow until we actually cashed the check. The guy said not to worry about it, HUH? He brought the car to a friend of mine that lived in the city. He even bought us dinner, a pack of smokes and some drinks and gave me $20!? The following morning he returned with a friend who was a mechanic. So he fixed our car, free of charge. They brought me to a check cashing place so I cashed the check and paid the tow truck driver. The point and moral of the story is he went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. It reminds me of an incident, I was walking past this road construction crew and they were chatting away. One guy said something that STUCK in my head, he said..."There's the right way to do things and the wrong way, but the BEST WAY, is the DYNAMIC WAY!!" A few years later someone else said the same thing just phrased differently. "Impact" = "Personal Dynamics", it's about "You", Your world, Your universe...~^_^~
