Cottage24 was born from an experienced designer looking for a fresh start. How We Got Started
Sam Ezzo has been a professional designer since 1990 working with several different sign companies, pre-press/service bureau, packaging/display companies and multiple print companies. Before the move to start his own Advertising Agency he worked his way up becoming the Advertising/Marketing Director for a major Aftermarket Automotive Accessory company where he had spent 17 years. In this position, he built the Marketing, Graphics, Photography and Video departments from the ground up and then continued to direct all 4 departments thru a major industry growth spurt. This included several Graphic Designers, a large Photo Studio, Video Production Team and Marketing Professionals. Why are fixing the problems of the world, when our country has so many issues? Most everyone in this country is for legal immigration, that's how we all got here in the first place. Why would our own government allow illegal immigration? If they want to allow more people to get into our country, easier, why don't they change the laws instead of not enforcing the existing laws? If the government doesn't enforce their own laws, why would anyone obey any of their laws. They are losing respect and harming our own citizens by continuing to allow this to go on. I singled out this issue, because it seems to be a popular one, but there are so many more issues, that have taken the wrong course of action since 2020. We have to remove the current leadership now!

The killings of thousands of people in Afghanistan because of stupidity (evacuating the military before the civilians is stupidity), the abandoning of military equipment there, the intentionally created inflation, the destruction of energy independence in the USA, the cause of supply-chain issues, the election-fraud, the persecution of good Americans, the cause of major financial loses in the stock market, the lies about Covid-19, the horrible leadership in the CDC, Congressmen and women that are out for personal gain, etc. etc. It is up to us to stop this!

It is no one else's business. It is rude to ask someone about their health care status. Plus, if you take the time to learn about the so-called vaccine's you will quickly find out, that it does not prevent the spread of the virus, it does not prevent anyone who has been vaccinated from getting the virus. The vaccine only helps to keep the most severe symptoms down. The Covid -19 virus is an aerosol, it goes right thru masks. So, it is not necessary to require anyone to wear a mask or to have a vaccine. Neither prevents the spread of the virus in any way. Are we Americans or are we the socialist governments sheep? Do your research and stop being lead by the socialist government.

A few days after you stop advertising, the audience forgets about you. To get the best return, you need to be diligent with your follow-up program. Marketing is the beginning of the sale. Your follow-up work will close the deal and build lasting customers. There is no magic to marketing, doing all your advertising in one place is unlikely to build consistent ongoing sales.

- One of the toughest challenges for a Marketing company is building a Marketing Plan for a client who's potential customers are a small group. It can be difficult to consistently send your message to a group localized by the specific business, service or product they sell. That said, there are always ways to overcome this, its just more challenging process.
- Marketing & Advertising can be expensive, but if it is done right, it will pay for itself in a short period of time. You have to get thru the part while you are building your exposure, your brand, your message to your audience. There is an approach to do this on a budget and to still reach a very high level.
- It is important to keep your message out in front of your potential clients consistently and from different mediums. It is a good thing to change your message from time to time, but to keep a strong consistent image and feel of your business. Potential clients need to see your message several times before they act on it. I believe this number to be more than 5 times in some cases. To pick sides print or digital is not a good strategy in Marketing, you want to keep all of your options open and get to your audience where they are. Print and Digital Advertising work together. They are most effective when they are used together.
