It should be something regional, with a quirky cute name (I'm thinking Goat Poop, a chocolate mix sold by Beekman 1802), easy to make or outsource and something they can buy if they like it. I'm personally a popcorn freak; a truffle oil popcorn or something with cheese....there is a way to make regional specialties in a lot of different formats.
