In my business almost all of my clients seem to be short on cash. I have some who pay promptly and some that I extend a payment plan to with affordable monthly payments, this is a win/win situation because the client is not under pressure and appreciates the amenities provided to him ensuring a return customer next year, I get my money and these clients provide residual income on a monthly basis.
I use a base price per form but always leave the bottom line for adjustments should there be excessive work involved. I also monitor the time in each form to be able to adjust next years prices.
