I am Wayne Ball and the name of my business is Wayne Ball Auction and Realty. I have been in the auction business since 1972 and have had my own company since 1975. I specialize in on site liquidations. We sell businesses, business inventory, estates, households, any kind of equipment or machinery, real estate, or any kind of down sizing. In preparing for the auction to take place, I do have a select few people with ample experience to help with preparations. Advertisement is handled by me. If the seller does not have enough goods to have an on site sale, I do have a location it can be moved to. I do make a complete accounting to the seller immediately after an auction and give them a list of the items and what they sold for. I got started by working with another auctioneer for 2 1/2 years. Then I decided to go in business for my self. Have been in the same location since 1975.
