33 years ago I started scott's steamer with a 3k high intrest loan and got a van and machine the same day and was cleaning carpets the next day and never looked back.scott's is in Charleston and I do the one here in the grand strand.We are a expert earth friendly cleaning co.

well in the service business,do what you a step over the others,for example I am a carpet & upholstery cleaning co. and two things make my expert service stand alone,which is yacht interiors and white sofas and chairs,cleaning most of the big box companies just can't do that.

well yes commercial work is a bear,but a service business needs some commercial accounts for a good balance,i like my residentials jobs better,in and out get paid and done,but my business needs a few commercial accounts to money coming in,but only a few so I don't get to run down.
