About Us

Since the turn of the century, we've been serving our specialties to people throughout South Florida. Events have also taken us to the West Coast when the desire for the best Funnel, Cakes Crepes and Beignet call on us. Patrons have the option of utilizing our Funnel Cake or Crepe Station for indoor events, our portable cart, or the Creperie and Funnel Cake Factory on wheels used for large events and outdoor festivals. Whatever the location, we've got the answer to best fit your needs. Offering freshly prepared batters from scratch and filling them with fresh ingredients without preservatives or harmful ingredients helps us to create the taste that makes the difference. We always offer a vegetarian selection and guests sometime opt to share their serving with a friend. Be sure to check the menu because you never know what we'll be making next to tempt your taste buds. Gluten free and lactose free options are available upon request. Batters are prepared to order for purchase with phone order.

How We Got Started

I purchased I food trailer that included a few crepe machines, was given a European recipe I loved and set off to wow my customers with the best and most unique offerings I could create. To this day you'll find us with a new item to offer on our menu. We can be reached at 561-632-6464

I have a small, boutique catering company in which I'm not offering indoor services but do have a food trailer in which I can serve customers while sanitary and social distancing practices are in place. I also offer delivery orders with advanced notice. So far I'm still not working the business and am making best use of my time elsewhere. I hope to get my disaster relief as a small business owner soon to pay basic business expenses & replace my expiring inventory when I return to the streets.

The little income we still had with this one stop will end. I am financially prepared for a short time and have stopped all automatic business expenses. Hope this passes before my resources or I will need help reopening my small catering company again.

I'm a firm believer in hitting all 5 senses when selling a client on a product. A wonderful taste experience goes pretty far and it's often a closer when pitching a gig. For me it was simple. I was ready to immerse my full time, effort and attention on my new career and let go of anything that would delay my reaching the goals I set. Sometime one door has to close in order for one to open fully. Best of luck! I hope this gave you some clarity.

I scoped out and chatted with the promoters of several ongoing events and green markets in the area that I was marketing and posed my product to them in hopes they would find it suitable for their venue. Opportunities in South Florida are hidden in plain sight for anyone aggressive enough to grow their own business to the desire they're comfortable with. Soon the business came searching us out and I was off and running.
