We used it knowing that it would not be profitable but in hopes to gain new customers that would hopefully continually come to us, or need additional treatment after their dental exam. However we found that the discount buyers want just that, a discount. They didn't want to purchase any additional treatment even if it was severely needed. They are definitely one time clients since our business can be high priced without dental insurance.
