How has the shift to working from home affected buyer behavior? Are people buying bigger homes now that they spend more time in them?

I believe, perhaps it is only a hope, that folks are more appreciative of what they have. In this case, reacquaint yourself with the comforts of home. This includes having enough "me" space in the house, whether for work or working out. Yes, people are needing/wanting more space and we are putting more emphasis on parks and trails nearby. This period of our lives too shall pass.
