Get involve with your senior centers by sponsoring some of their events, POLICE and  FIRE DEPT. as well...

partner up with home health,hospice,home care companies that can provide you with CEU presentations( Doctor speaking events, current issues with changes in medicare, elder law attorneys etc...)  to be held at your community,day and evening events.

Host events at your community...  the more you have the  more chances of getting not only professionals there but people from the surrounding communities. 

Contact the case managers at your hospital see if you can bring breakfast, lunch CEU presentation... to educate them on what you have to offer.

connect with skilled nursing if you do not have your own reach out to the 5* rehabs in the area... talk to the social workers they are always looking for good homes for their patients that may no longer be safe to return home.

call the churches ask for their nurse...meet with them
