Not like Sundek of illinois, et al Also it’s useful life is relatively short unless you’re prepared to maintain it on about an every 2-3 years schedule which isn’t cheap. If not it will deteriorate in 10-12 years. Remember the coating is usually over an already cracked, crumbling and uneven surface that they cover with mostly sand or other reasonable facsimile. Now if you’re selling within a 2 year period it won’t be something that the buyer can use to negotiate downward. Concrete smooth or aggregate is much better. Brick pavers will also require maintenance on a 3-5 year basis.
