NEVER use bleach. Too many problems.
As a cleaning professional, go to your supplier and use their recommendations, and follow the directions exactly. Every supplier has a product that will correct the problem.
We use a commercial steamer that gets everything clean without using chemicals. No odors, no damage to surfaces, no damage to the environment. Cheaper all round! Win, win, win!
