One of our staff has tested positive for COVID,(who is fully vaccinated) so we have closed our office to in person appointments. If a client absolutely has to come into the office they have to call ahead schedule a time, we disinfect prior to them coming in, they have to wear a mask and stay 6 feet from the person they have the appointment with and we then disinfect again when they leave. This is for everyone's protection. I am full vaccinated but I could be A-symptomatic and the one that passes it to someone else who could then hold me liable for becoming ill and try to sue me. We do still live in a very sue happy world. I refuse to take any chances.
Homeowners insurance and business insure is excluding protection in the event someone sues you for getting them ill. You could lose everything.
Our office doesn't write health insurance at all. We dropped it when Obama Care went in.

If customers fail to abide by your rules reserve the right not to serve them or ask them to leave. That is for your protection, the protection of your employees and other customers.
We aren't a retail store but our office is closed to walk ins, everything is by appointment only but primarily things are done online and over the phone. We no longer accept cash but if we absolutely had to use gloves to handle it then place in an envelope and even when taking to the bank use gloves to do the bank transaction. Our office has been empty since the first stay at home order went into effect. Our office has been disinfected several times even though we have not been there in two months. We have done our part to work remotely even though it has been difficult because of not having the business internet service and our computers. But we have done this for the protection of our clients. We are considered an essential business but we want to protect our clients our staff there are only three of us and their families.
I have seen many places that have said on TV that they are requiring that all employees are required to wear masks and that customers are also required to wear masks but that doesn't happen. Also many of the customers that are in the stores don't follow the directions to shop. They totally disregard the signs and markings on the floors. It is as though there is absolutely no consideration for others (THEY ARE TOTALLY SELFISH)

I think Alignable would be a great help to our insurance agency but not sure how to use it properly and don't have alot of time to spend using any of our social media.

If additional damages are caused by the repair shop their garagekeepers and general liability policy are responsible for the additional damages only. That would be the materials and labor to repair the damage.

You need to contact your State Insurance Commission. File a complaint with them and they will do a full investigation. They should help you with the process as well.
