Yes there are several. Commercial real estate is a financial transaction. Could possibly take months or years to close the transactions. No emotional attachment. Dollars & cents only. Residential is an emotional transaction where people will live, enjoy, entertainment, raise a family etc. Both can be lucrative but totally different skill set needed by the agent.
