The greatest need that my clients have is being able to deal with uncertainty. Uncertainty about the economy, uncertainty about COVID, uncertainty about the geopolitical upheaval, uncertainty about their own mortality. So rather than only focusing on business, my work now includes opening clients' self-awareness of how they are responding in the face of this uncertainty and how they can operate more settled, more ably, more compassionately to themselves and others. So I am creating a better "space" for them to deal with uncertainty.
