I like what you've done. A few thoughts: The bullet icons you use (circled arrow) is typically used to indicate a link, so you may consider another icon for the bullet. I assumed the text was a link. Seems to be extra space above What We Offer and Our Specialization headlines. I'd make all consistent. I'd make the What Our Customers Say headline look like it is inside the same block as the quotes. You may want to use photos that show homes/environments that your clients can envision as their home. I assume the hope is to get someone to call so you might want to highlight your phone number more. Maybe the button text CALL TODAY is replaced with your phone number for those on a desktop? Your logo seems a bit small as well which makes it hard to read. I actually just finished a pest control site. www.lakeshorepestcontrol.net

This rarely is asked for, but I will supply native "working" files, if requested, as long as the client has already paid for the project. If it is a large task to provide files, then I would request payment for the time it takes to provide them. It's possible the client simply feels they are keeping the files safe or feels the need to control the files just in case you go out of business, etc. They likely don't have the software or the ability to actually use the files. Giving the files keeps you looking honest and them feeling secure. That helps to build a relationship, and our business is all about that. If you cannot trust the client, you don't want to work with them, and the same goes for the opposite.

Branding is more than just a company logo. The logo is only one element within the branding. I have rebranded many companies while using their current logo. The branding consists of the total visual statement of marketing pieces used by a company. Creating a visual brand that helps to identify your product or company in a way that truly represents your company helps to set a tone for what the company is about.
