WIN's very comprehensive home inspection is for the client who would like a thorough analysis of most major details of the home. It is an inspection of the home's major systems which caters to the client who is concerned not only with the systems that make the home habitable, but also provides a list of the many small items that may need attention after moving into the home. People are over reacting and are in a panic which is having a domino effect. Use common sense and practice good hygiene. The economy will take a major tumble if it doesn't stop. Open houses allow curious neighbors to walk through the house to see its condition and obtain the listing price in order to compare it to their home . Agents will market to those people with the hope that they may get the listing and sell their home. The only other people who go to open houses ... Agents will market to those people with the hope that they may get the listing and sell their home. The only other people who go to open houses are perspective buyers who don't have an agent. If they are impressed by the realtor holding the open house, maybe they will decide to hire him/her. Real Estate agents love when that happens so they double end the deal. Buyers serious about purchasing a home will already have an agent who is expected to do the leg work and only show homes which fit the buyer's criteria. That's part of the reason you pay a Real Estate agent a commission.
