However,  once you are doing work that not only satisfies you but you are seeing peoples lives change by the work your doing. And all of a sudden its not about the money its about the work and the people. That's a great indicator you're operating out of your purpose/calling.

Well, I found that you have to test several waters and measure what appears to be working. I have boosted and see some results, used ads as well but seemingly the most significant for me is the relationship factor. Many will not only like but attend or buy. I believe in building relationships and a lot of networking. It's those relationships most often that spread the word(word of mouth).  However, it doesn't hurt to try multiple things to see what works best for you, it may be ads, boosting but one for sure is word of mouth.

If they don't pay as required then your pre-written process goes into play with legal assistance if that is what's stated.  Look at your current process and update/ firm up to meet your needs.

Life happens and when it does we accommodate. If employers don't accept an occasional childcare emergency what are you saying to that employee. There are some options an employer can offer.  if no kids are allowed at least let the employee go take care of their child without penalty. (more) Life happens and when it does we accommodate. Inviting friends and others for a shop meet, I gather a few friends, co-workers and/or family and we go in meet the owner if possible, peruse around, take pictures and let social media outlets know where we are so others can come and visit as well. Once you're out meeting and greeting other business owners listening at their concerns sharing yours you build relationships and referrals seem to just come over time. There are so many ways to improve on what you're doing just keep at it and don't give up.
