First, congratulations on your success in creating your organization!  That took a great deal of hard work and dedication.  Job well done.  What a legacy you will leave to be carried on by others - whether that is a few years from now or 50 years from now.

Second, you are obviously a giver, and that is why you do what you do.  But that is also why it's hard for you to open up about your situation and allow others to step in and help you in this time of need.  The old adage of "no man is an island" is very true - we don't exist on this earth alone, so perhaps you could "live with" opening up to others about your situation and accepting their help in carrying some of the weight of daily responsibilities by GIVING them the OPPORTUNITY to for once be "the givers" to YOU.  You already know the joy that you receive from being the giver, so why not "give them" that same opportunity to experience that joy?

Third, you have a responsibility to yourself and all of those who love you to do the best that you can to fight this horrible disease to the best of your ability.  Fight it like a prize-fighter, and may you be the victor!  And may those around you be in your corner cheering you on in your battle.  We'll be thinking about you!
