We are a small Architectural firm specializing in Commercial Retail Remodels, and Design Builds. Our main focus is in the grocery store industry with over 25 years experience. We are also intricately involved in the LEED Volume Program, and have assisted our client in LEED Certifying over 1,200 new stores.

"Dr Osorio has helped me so much, I am basically out of pain, and I am n9 longer on the pathe to surgery that would of fused L4 and L5 vertebrae as well as place a titanium basket laterally between L4 and L5 to lift my lumbar vertebrae where it has calapsed pinching the nerve root to my right hip. Instead I have my life back and I am riding my Thoroughbred mare again...that alone is a miracle.

"I have had 2 massages by Paul...he truly has magic hands. Both times he has come to my house and has helped my pain in my back. I have some severe issues, herniated disc, compression fracture at L4 and 5, spinal stenosis and scoliosis. Paul very professional, he was on time for our appointment. Once here, he asked questions and then listen to what I had to say about my current pain situation. This really elevated the massage experience in a way that made me feel that he understood my personal needs and tailored the massage accordingly. Paul is a massage therapist that is personable, flexible, and an artist at his craft. I have already recommended him to my best friend and her mother, and they love him as much as I do...my friend has massages every week, he is that good!"

I am assuming that I have picked the inspector and know he is reputable.
I would be looking for water damage, checking the ceilings, and wall corners from ceiling to floor for water stains or fresh paint. Typically when you see water damage there is also mildew & Mold. Mold abatement can be very...

I would be looking for water damage, checking the ceilings, and wall corners from ceiling to floor for water stains or fresh paint. Typically when you see water damage there is also mildew & Mold. Mold abatement can be very expensive.
I would want to know about the foundation, and support columns. Are they stable, with no cracks or issues, as well as the roofs age, type and condition. Lastly the plumbing, type of pipe, and are the pipes exposed fir easy access. What is the water pressure and how well the sinks and toilets drain.
I would be looking for the hidden big ticket items that would be deal breakers.

We always need to keep in mind, that no matter how large of a city we live in, our world is very small and continues to overlap each, so it is important to be good to one another, to show support, care and respect towards all you have the honor of meeting.
It's simple, be honest, show integrity, be authentic, listen, control expectations, but most importantly, get the job done on time and within budget. Do this and your clients will continue to need your services. I have been working with a client for almost 25 years, proof that it works.
