Glass spheres provide continuous bright nighttime retroreflectivity; pigments provide color and opacity; fillers, such as calcium carbonate, add bulk; and binders, consisting of plasticizers and resins, provide toughness, flexibility and bond strength while holding all the components together.

I use SEO Services KC they are here on Alignable so they are local, and Nick came out to my house and explained everything to me and is very reasonable on price. Look him up if you want someone local and at a fair price.
