About Us
Don Shepard (USA b. 1959) lives and works in Omaha, Nebraska. He's a visionary and an explorer. A photographer of people, places and things. He's rapt with the desire to create honest imagery that transcends time. Educated in forensic and medico-legal photography, Don developed his craft during his career as a police investigator, producing tens of thousands of images used in the prosecution of violent crimes.
He retired from police work in 2009.
Don is a vetted member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) and the American Photographic Artists (APA), both of which hold their members to the highest creative and professional standards.
