We use an Evidence Based Appreciative Coaching Process: discovering your greatest Talent Strengths, Intrinsic Core Motivations, Character Strengths and your Influence Factor, how you influence others. You will discover your authentic self and experience dramatically increased self-awareness. We then use a two day Life Plan process that will result in the discovery of your Unique Life Purpose, Your One Thing. Our clients experience incredible clarity, motivation and impact as they implement the step by step initiatives they develop through their Life Plan process.
