Absolutely, vaccinations will have a great and positive impact for my business and my industry. The issue is, until the vaccine is available and administered on a global scale and becomes the standard, we, as an industry - not just as a business - will need all the financial help we can get until that time comes. Based on what some reports are saying, at least here in the US, that may be sometime this Summer to early Fall. While that all sounds good, as they say, "the proof is in the pudding" and will wait to see if we actually see that come to fruition.

As a travel agent I'm not 100% behind TripAdvisor. Still some "junk" out there. What I tell clients is that if you are going to use any review as "bible", then read everything that is rated 3 stars. That will be the most honest review of a property.
