We are the wholesaler of Scotsman Ice Machines. We offer many different models and cube sizes so that we may better serve our customer's needs and wants. Cube sizes: small & medium cube, flake, nugget. Our product line includes the Prodigy Plus, Essential, and Meridian. Our machine come in different size production and is equipped with the latest technologies. In addition, we also offer filter systems by Pentair/Everpure. Filter systems are crucial to an ice machine. The help cut down sediments, chlorine taste, provides clear water, and helps reduce scale build up, especially if the location has hard water.
Frosty Leiderbrand started MidWest Distributing in 1973. At that time, Frosty offered ice machines, pop dispensers, ice cream machines, restaurant broilers and warmers (Nieco products), walk in coolers, Scotsman equipment, and Everpure products. Frosty passed away in the early 80's. After his passing, his wife, Virginia, and son, Ken, took over the business. They ran the company together until Virginia passed away in 2005. Today, Ken and his wife, Deb, run the company. Together, they have grown MidWest Distributing Corp into one of the top five distributors of Scotsman ice machines. We are proud of our product line and take pleasure in knowing that we can satisfy EVERY customer, EVERY time!!!
