For me, it’s accessibility 7 days a week. If I’m selling a house Friday night or Sunday afternoon, I need a lender who can give my buyers a letter and run the numbers for them. I use direct mail to my past clients and always send them a card for their home anniversary and birthday. Facebook is a great way to stay connected as well. I don't have a car magnet but my license plate lets you know I'm a realtor and it sparks a fair amount of conversation. Also a name tag....
