We are an industrial cutting tool and accessories distributor in the Inland Empire, but servicing all of Southern California. We offer a large range of tooling, including special and print tools which are used by aerospace, automotive, medical and technology companies across the state and entire country.

It is significantly less important than financial relief, especially with all of the problems the vaccinations are causing, more and more people are opting not to get one. We are not in need of a PPP loan but I know many businesses need financial assistance, but a loan is not the answer, they need to be grants. Unfortunately, there is too much fraud, companies that shouldn't have received money from the last PPP program, multi-million dollar companies were getting that money. It should only be for small businesses, independent businesses, restaurants, businesses that have virtually lost their clientele because of the move to work from online home working. We are working with customers, instead of Net 30, if they request it.

We realized that the lockdowns are for those who are abiding by tyrannical rules. We are an essential business and have remained open the entire time regardless of lockdown orders. It did better prepare us in terms of what to expect from our customers' needs, especially for personal protective equipment. We've even gained new business because of our ability to provide PPE.
With the new environment that has been created by the fear of CoVID-19, exhibiting empathy with the customers has been the most rewarding and helpful. Listening to their heartfelt stories and understanding that everyone is trying their best to remain operational and profitable.

People remember those who worked with them in times of need and most cases increase your sales in the future and excellent word-of-mouth recommendations to others. You must lead by example. If you are in a position to help others, it is your responsibility to do so, regardless of how small the gesture; because to the individual, the gesture does not feel small. Jesus was an example of love, regardless of the circumstances.

I am very grateful for the customers that were considered essential businesses and were able to remain open during the lockdown due to CoVID-19, which allowed our company to remain open to serve their needs. With restaurants initially on lockdown, it has allowed me to cook more homemade meals and try new recipes which, my family has enjoyed. Although I haven't been able to attend church services, my faith has grown stronger.

For example, I am in Industrial Tooling Distribution, but I recommended a company that offers worker's comp healthcare facilities and staff to a machine shop. Healthcare is not my field, but someone was looking for that. They trust your recommendations and begin to build a professional relationship and positive rapport with the business and hopefully make them a client.
Our business was not affected as other businesses have, we have been fortunate enough to have remained operational throughout the lockdown. We have retained our entire staff during said time and continue to serve most of our customers, whom are essential businesses with government defense...

Our business was not affected as other businesses have, we have been fortunate enough to have remained operational throughout the lockdown. We have retained our entire staff during said time and continue to serve most of our customers, whom are essential businesses with government defense contracts. We did however, invoke a small payroll decrease (15%) but it is temporary, once our customers that were declared non-essential, are allowed to reopen their businesses, we will see the growth in sales and income, and will then resume original hourly rates for the employees. We look forward to opportunities to serve new businesses that have evolved from the lockdown and virus scare.
