It's great for the human body to experience Chiropractic because it restores alignment, integrity, connection, signal and abundance on the inside. The biggest misconception about my profession, the profession of Chiropractic, is that the main purpose is to get someone out of pain. I know, I know. That's what all of the yellow page ads and billboards leave you to believe. Don't get me wrong, . . . Chiropractic is phenomenal at reducing and resolving all different kinds of aches and pains, and it does so, drug-free.
The misconception is that of the best kept secret in healthcare, . . . that Chiropractic is truly about the promotion of life. When Chiropractic was born as a profession, the major purpose was not to chase pain, but instead to restore full connection from the brain to the body.
When spinal distortions exist, they put either felt or unfelt pressure on nerves. The job of a nerve, . . . of ALL nerves, . . . is to carry life. Instructions. Directions, from your brain, to every single muscle, tissue, cell and organ of your body. As a foot on a hose will slow the speed of water, a bone on a nerve will slow down the speed of the life flowing through it. People who receive Chiropractic adjustments are positioned not just to feel well, but to Heal well. Health begins with H.E.A.L. not feel. You are always healing, all day long, every day.
Chiropractic adjustments, by removing misalignments, make your nerves free of ANY pressure and allows and maximizes your abundant flow of life. Function is enhanced. Longevity is promoted. Wear and tear is minimized. It should always be used as proactive promotion of life and vitality with the beautiful side effect of pain relief.
