I do not like the wording of his question. I do not feel it is for me to encourage clients to do anything that they aren't wanting to do. 

What I do, is provide information regarding the market, the challenges and benefits of buying and selling in the current market, and what the forecast is for the near future that may impact the market.

Every market is unique, so it will not be the same for everyone. Our market has had a lack of inventory, even before the outbreak of the virus. Selling may be good for some clients, but if they need to buy, it can be more challenging for them. 

I see it as my responsibility to provide the information of all possible scenarios, and then to help them with the one that they choose. In short, I see my job as providing them with as much information as possible so they can make an educated decision that is best for them.
